- Check your email for a message from Ticketmaster including your spam and junk folders.
- Login to or register your Ticketmaster with the email address you used to purchase.
- Click the "Accept Tickets" link in the email from Ticketmaster to get your tickets.
- If you have an error after clicking the link, check See an error after clicking "Accepting Tickets" on Ticketmaster?
- Your tickets will now be available in your Ticketmaster account!

Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If a consumer leaves you a message they get put into a que and no one replies to their question
