How do I claim Mobile Transfer Tickets? – TicketX

Mobile Transfer tickets may be delivered through MLB Ballpark App, or SeatGeek.
Please follow the instructions below based on the ticket provider listed in your delivery email.

MLB Ballpark App

Check your email for a message regarding your MLB Ballpark ticket transfer, including your spam and junk folders.
Log in to or create an MLB Ballpark account using the email address you used for your TicketX purchase.
Follow the instructions in the email to accept your tickets.
Your tickets will now be available in your MLB Ballpark account or app.

SeatGeek

Check your email for a message from SeatGeek regarding your ticket transfer, including your spam and junk folders.
Log in to or create a SeatGeek account using the email address you used for your TicketX purchase.
Follow the instructions in the email to accept your tickets.
Your tickets will now be available in your SeatGeek account or app.

I can't find my transfer email
If you can't find the transfer email, simply install the ticket provider's app on your smartphone (such as MLB Ballpark, or SeatGeek).
Log in to or create an account using the same email address you used for your TicketX purchase. Your tickets should be available in the app under sections such as "Upcoming Events", "My Events", "Your Tickets", or "My Tickets."
