How do I access tickets sent as a link?

To access your tickets:

1. Open the ticket link provided in the email from TicketX.
2. Your ticket barcode or QR code will be displayed in your browser.
3. Present the barcode or QR code at the venue for entry.

Can I add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

If your ticket link starts with https://securemypass/, you may or may not be able to add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Simply open the ticket link on your smartphone and present the barcode or QR code at the venue for entry.

For other ticket links, wallet integration should be available depending on the ticket provider.

How do I use PDF tickets Once the seller uploads your tickets,

1. You can also log in to your TicketX account and download your tickets from the My Tickets page.
2. Download and save the PDF ticket before the event.
3. Present the PDF ticket at the venue entrance
4. Venue staff will scan the barcode or QR code displayed on the PDF.

What happens if I have not received a link for my tickets?

• Check your spam or junk folders if you don't see an email
• Check the estimated arrival date of your tickets; some tickets may not be delivered immediately after purchase, but will be delivered before the event
• If the estimated arrival date has passed and you have still not received your tickets, check What if my tickets don’t arrive in time?
