- Check your email for a message from AXS regarding your ticket transfer including your spam and junk folders..
- Login to or register your AXS account using the email address you used to purchase.
- Follow the instructions in the email to accept your tickets.
- If you cannot find the email, download the AXS app and check "Upcoming Events" or "Your Tickets".
- Your tickets will now be available in your AXS account or app.
If you can't find the email, simply install the AXS app on your smartphone. Log in or create an account using the email you purchased on TicketX. Your tickets should be available under "Upcoming Events" or "Your Tickets" within the app.
