I see an error after clicking "Accepting Tickets" on Ticketmaster

1. Login with your account with the email you purchased on TicketX

・Go to "My Account" on top right on https://www.ticketmaster.com/

・Click "Upcoming Events"

・Click the event that you will attend

2. If you still do not see your tickets, close the tab, wait a few minutes, and try it again

If you see "Your tickets are already accepted by another email"?

・You may have registered multiple Ticketmaster accounts. Please confirm that you are logged into the correct account and check your "Upcoming Events" on the corresponding account.
