After confirming ticket availability, you'll get an email with an estimated shipping date. Keep in mind that tickets might be sent out before this date, but there may also be delays after they're sold.
Once your tickets are shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you need to update your shipping details, please reach out to TicketX Customer Support at Contact Us. We're keeping a close eye on all shipments to make sure they arrive on time to ensure that you will be able to attend the event.
