I entered the wrong email or shipping address for my order. How can I change it?

Paper ticket:

If the seller already shipped the paper tickets, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

E-ticket:

If you have purchased the ticket and the seller has not yet sent it to you, please change your email address by yourself. If the seller has already emailed the ticket, please Contact Us.

2. Log in

3. Click 👤 on the top right of the homepage

4. Click "Login & Security"

5. Click the pencil mark on the right side

6. Type your new address and password

7. Click "Save"

* If your account is registered with Google OAuth, your email address and password cannot be changed on our website.
