- If proven that the ticket is invalid or a scam, it is the sole discretion of TicketX to decide whether or not to issue a ticket with similar or better seats or offer a full refund.
- Contacts made after the concert is finished are not valid.
- How to prove invalid ticket:
- At the venue, send "support@ticketx.com" one of the following photos to prove ticket invalidity and venue attendance.
- A photo of the unused E-ticket on your smartphone with the venue in the background.
- A photo of your ID with the venue in the background.
- A photo showing the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase with the venue in the background.
- A photo of a paper with the email address registered on TX and the venue in the background.
- At the venue, send "support@ticketx.com" one of the following photos to prove ticket invalidity and venue attendance.
- If you cannot submit one of the photos above, we can not provide an alternative ticket or a refund
- After verifying the photos, Customer Support (support@ticketx.com) will contact you to return the tickets to TicketX. (Additional verification may be required.)
- Customer support will decide to either send an alternative ticket or offer a full refund.
I can not enter the event because my tickets were no longer valid or authentic. Can I get a refund?
