When do I get a refund?

It takes 5-10 business days to complete the refund on our third-party payment system.
TicketX has no control after we canceled the order. The refund is succeeded on our end when the seller canceled it.

After the refund has been processed, it can take approximately 10 Business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance with the STAN (System Trace Audit Number) that we will provide if you send us a request through email.

After requesting the STAN from the support team, we will provide the number within 1-3 business days.
