I can not enter the event because my tickets were no longer valid or authentic. What should I do?

We only deal with trustworthy sellers, guaranteeing that the tickets are authentic and valid for entry.

However, if we can confirm that your ticket is invalid for entry, proceed with the following steps to confirm ticket validity.

1. Contacts made after the concert is finished are not valid.
2. At the venue, send "support@ticketx.com" one of the following photos to prove ticket invalidity and venue attendance.
   • A photo of the unused E-ticket on your smartphone with the venue in the background.
   • A photo of your ID with the venue in the background.
   • A photo showing the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase with the venue in the background.
   • A photo of a paper with the email address registered on TX and the venue in the background.
3. If you cannot submit one of the photos above, we can not provide an alternative ticket or a refund.
4. After verifying the photos, Customer Support (support@ticketx.com) will contact you to return the tickets to TicketX. (Additional verification may be required.)
5. Customer support will decide to either send an alternative ticket or offer a full refund.
