Do I receive the exact tickets I ordered?

We will provide the same seats as originally purchased. However, if the seller cannot provide the same seats due to seller circumstances, we guarantee that you will receive tickets with similar or upgraded seats. Please note, we can not provide a refund if you accept the transferred ticket on the transfer website (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc…), or after the event has finished.

The sellers usually list the same tickets on several websites. Because of this, sometimes buyers buy sold-out tickets, and sellers send tickets for different seats. This upgrade would be complimentary. Because TicketX only provides a market for secondary ticket sales, we can not control how sellers upgrade tickets.
