When and how can I get paid when selling tickets?

After the event has taken place, you can request a payout for your sales within 5-7 business days.

To initiate the payout request, please go to "Profile" > "Payout".

Once your payout request is processed, the funds will be transferred to your designated bank account within 2 business days. If there are any issues with the transfer, you will receive a notification via email.
