Why can't I see my tickets listed on TicketX?

If you have listed valid tickets, they should appear on the site immediately.

However, if they are not showing up, it is possible that your registered payout method is not valid.

We recommend checking the following;

1. Go to "Profile" > "Payout"
2. If you see the "Verify with Stripe" button under your payout method, you need to update your registration information. Click the button and provide the requested details.
3. Once your payout method is verified, please check if your listings appear again
