Mobile Transfer Tickets
- Select the sold tickets from "Profile" > "Sales".
- Confirm the buyer's email address and name listed and transfer the tickets to the buyer through the designated ticket transfer platform (Ticketmaster, Seatgeak, etc.).
- Once the transfer is completed, click the "I have transferred my tickets" button.
- The buyer will receive an email notification informing them that the tickets have been transferred through a third-party platform.
Mobile Screenshot Tickets
- Select the sold tickets from "Profile" > "Sales".
- For e-tickets, upload the PDF file; for QR codes, upload the screenshot file directly on TicketX.
- Once the upload is completed, click the "Send my tickets to buyer" button.
- The buyer will receive an email notification informing them that the files have been updated.
Paper Tickets
- Select the sold tickets from "Profile" > "Sales".
- Confirm the buyer's provided shipping address and ship the tickets. Please allow sufficient time for the tickets to arrive before the event date.
- Once the tickets are shipped, click "I have shipped my tickets".
- The buyer will receive an email notification informing them that the tickets have been shipped.
