How do I delete my account?

You can delete your TicketX account at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Go to https://ticketx.com/profile/account
3. Click the "Delete Account" button to delete your account.

Please note

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

• All of your sales and listings will be lost.
• You will not be able to reuse the same account.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your personal information (such as your name, email address, and purchase history) is permanently deleted. Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for fraud prevention and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.
