How do I claim Mobile Transfer Tickets?

How to claim your tickets from Ticketmaster:

1. Check your email for a message from Ticketmaster.
2. Login to or register your Ticketmaster with the email address you used to purchase.
3. Click the "Accept Tickets" link in the email from Ticketmaster to get your tickets.
   • If you have an error after clicking the link, check See an error after clicking "Accepting Tickets" on Ticketmaster?
4. Your tickets will now be available in your Ticketmaster account!

How to claim your tickets from services other than Ticketmaster:

1. Check your email for a message from the primary ticket seller regarding ticket transfer offer.
2. Click the link in the email, then log in or create an account with the email address you used to purchase if necessary.
3. Accept tickets on the site.

What happens if I have not received a link for my tickets?

• Check your spam or junk folders if you don't see an email
• Check the estimated arrival date of your tickets; some tickets may not be delivered immediately after purchase, but will be delivered before the event
• If the estimated arrival date has passed and you have still not received your tickets, check What if my tickets don’t arrive in time?
