No, we can not provide a refund if you have already accepted the transferred ticket on the transfer website (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc…), or after the event has finished.
Due to issues with the seller, your tickets might be upgraded to a closer row or the same row in a different section. However, your tickets are still valid for entry, and this upgrade would be complimentary. The sellers usually list the same tickets on several websites. Because of this, sometimes buyers buy sold-out tickets, and sellers send tickets for different seats. Because TicketX only provides a market for secondary ticket sales, we can not control how sellers upgrade tickets.
